
The Center for Sustainable Development (UCSD) was established in December 2007 with a Decision of the Academic Council of the University of National and World Economy. It main objective is organization and execution of interdisciplinary research covering all dimensions of the sustainable development: social, environmental, economic and institutional. That is why the research supposes participation of faculties from different departments at UNWE as well as from other tertiary institutions. The Center develops also teaching and study materials for various academic courses in the field of sustainable development.
