Alternatively, conference fee could be paid in cash at the Registration desk.
The fee covers: access to all sessions, conference materials, refreshments (coffee brakes), cocktail, paper publishing.
WORKING LANGUAGES
Working languages will be Bulgarian and English.
Simultaneous interpretation from/to English will be provided.
ABSTRACT AND FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
All abstracts should be submitted electronically by 10th September to the following address: ucsd@unwe.acad.bg. Abstracts of no more than 300 words should contain name, title, affiliation, e-mail address.
Authors whose papers are selected for the conference should send the final version of the full paper electronically by 05 October 2007.
Papers should not exceed 20 standard pages, including tables and figures.
Full papers will be published after the conference by UNWE. Selected papers will be published by the Journal of Economic Alternatives (UNWE) and by Journal of Economic Taught (Bulgarian Academy of Sciences).
REQUIREMENTS TOWARDS ABSTRACTS AND CONFERENCE PAPERS
The papers should be presented using World 6.0 or higher version for Windows ’98 (or higher version), font Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing 1,5.
The first page of the manuscript should contain the following information in the same consecutive order: title, surname and family name of the author (authors), organization (institution) which the author is affiliated with, address for correspondence, telephone, fax and E-mail address, the number of the scientific field according to JEL, keywords (up to 5 keywords).
The footnotes must be consecutively numbered with Arabic numbers and their amount and dimensions should be limited.
The presented formulas must be numbered (1), (2) etc. – the numbers should be on the right side of the formulas. If it is necessary, the formulas proofs can be developed on a separate paper sheet, but they are not published.
All the graphics and diagrams must be marked as figures, consecutively numbered by Arabic numbers. The title should be under the figure. The tables must be consecutively numbered by Arabic numbers and with titles (above the tables). The source of the data in the table should be indicated under the table.
The list of literature should be placed after the main text, consecutively numbered by Arabic numbers, alphabetically ordered according to the family name of the authors, starting with titles in Cyrillic alphabet, then in Latin alphabet, then other alphabets. The Internet sources should be presented first in the standard way, and then the respective Internet address should be included. The titles of the articles should not contain abbreviations. Quotations of literature sources should be made by indicating in brackets the number of the source in the list, the year and the page number.
PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME
There will be a plenary session and parallel sessions by conference topics.
Every paper will be presented and discussed within 15 minutes.
The preliminary programme will be published by 20 September 2007.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Optional: an excursion can be organized on Sunday October 21st as follows: visits to Vitosha mountain (with lunch at a local restaurant), the National Museum of History and Boyana church. The excursion will be financed by the participants, cost – EUR 60.
